Crescent Wellness Group is located on the second floor of the Fremont Commons building on the corner of 46th and NE Fremont.
Please allow a few extra minutes for street parking and making your way upstairs.
An elevator can be found at the back wall of the courtyard behind the main staircase.
Our office is located in suite hallway 201 which is to your right when you come up the stairs.
Crescent Wellness is in suite 201 B, on the right at the end of the short hallway.
